- Amendment to page one of the RFQ. This solicitation is for the procurement of a MOLDED PULP SERVICE TRAY, identified as National Stock Number 7350-01-159-9517under a Standing Quote Agreement. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN. Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer. This item is listed as a Brand Name or Equal. If you offer other than a brand name item identified in this solicitation, you must provide adequate information for GSA to determine the equality of the product(s) offered. Please forward printed specifications of the item you are offering along with your quote and complete on page 4, 511.104-70 Solicitation Provisions. A sample may be requested to be delivered overnight. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, a commitment letter from the manufacturer is required for consideration. This award will serve as a Standing Quote Agreement not to exceed $100K. AMENDMENT: THIS RFQ IS NOT A SMALL BUSINESS-SMALL PURCHASE SET-ASIDE. Replace page one of the RFQ with amendment page attached which reflect this correction to the RFQ.
