- Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The contractor selected for this effort shall provide: tree thinning, manual release, pruning, and slash treatment, hand-piling and related work. The project site will be within the Rogue-River Siskiyou National Forest, Oregon, Project maps will be provided as part of the contract when issued. The NAICS code for this project is 115310, with a size standard of $17.5 Million Annually. The full detailed solicitation will be posted electronically at FedBizOpps website https://www.fbo.gov.The estimated issue/posting date of the solicitation will be September 4, 2009. At the time specified in the solicitation Offers(s) may submit their proposal or quote in response to the solicitation. Note all offer(s) meeting the requirements specified in solicitation will be considered. The time allowed for proposal or quote submittal shall be 30-days from the date the solicitation transmittal in FEDBIZOPS, or by October 5, 2009, with a total-award time of approximately 60-days from the date of this notice. This solicitation is a 100-Percent set-aside for Hub-Zone businesses. This requirement is under Requisition 309713. Like effort(s) and locations are under requisitions 310097, 309226, and will also appear in FEDBIZOPS. However, these requirements will be issued under a combined/synopsis and solicitation. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s) will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardees will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies, (unless specified elsewhere as Government-furnished) and incidentals required accomplishing the work.
