- The Idaho Army National Guard is issuing a solicitation for dental services and treatment in Idaho under solicitation number W912J7-09-R-0006 with a closing date of 25 September 2009. Services are to consist of treatment in a mobile facility and a fixed site facility at selected sites throughout Idaho. Treatment from a mobile facility will occur at selected dates, treatment from a fixed site must be available through individual appointment year round. Services also include conducting the dental portion of a Soldier Readiness Processing in a mobile facility around the state and at a Government provided site at Boise, Idaho. Selected sites around the state of Idaho are: Boise, Twin Falls, Caldwell, Pocatello, Blackfoot, Idaho Falls, Lewiston, Post Falls and Driggs. This is a competitive procurement for dental treatment/exams services that will result in a Single Award Task Order, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), non-personal services type contract. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small disabled veteran owned business. The contract will have a base year with four option years.
