Description
1. In accordance with FAR 6.206, the Utah Air National Guard is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses to configure, remove and install a PLC system. The contract services provide support to the Air National Guard of the United States. The primary base of operations will be at the Utah Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, Utah. 2. Tasks include, but are not limited to, removing the existing PLC from fuels systems. Provide and install a new PLC and necessary components in a weather tight enclosure. Provide and install new computer, monitor and printer in building # 39. Install new flow data recording software as required to meet DESC requirements. Install all connectivity requirements between PLC and data recording. Provide and install sufficient grounding and surge protection on all electrical equipment. Install new HVAC duct work with supply and return air grills as required for complete air distribution in room 110. 3. Expertise: The contractor will be responsible for proper installation, configuration, data recording, certification, training, O&M manuals and follow-up requirements for the complete flow recording by PLC and extended components. This will include any requirement for software compatibility and development that may arise. Contractor will label all panels, J-boxes and circuit breakers as to use and location. Contractor will dispose of all debris from the Utah Air National Guard Base in an approved landfill. 4. The anticipated award date is 27 August 2009. Estimated completion date following submittals and equipment delivery is 30 days. 5. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Submissions should be sent to the Contracting Officer at chad.heard@ang.af.mil. 6. All contractors must be registered in CCR and have current Representations and Certification available in ORCA. CCR registration is available at www.ccr.gov. ORCA is available at https://orca.bpn.gov.
