- The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code On-Site Training at Misawa Air Base, Japan in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), Attachment to be posted with RFQ. Services shall begin in the fiscal year of 2009 by no later than 30 Sep 09. Performance Period: Within 60 calendar days after award date of purchase order.
