Description

High Temperature Bearing Tester Assembly Drawings Attached are the drawings for our High Temperature Bearing Tester Assembly. In addition to machining necessary parts, these requirements must be met: Contractor needs to be able to certifiy that the parts are within designated tolerences. Documentation or certification of this would be required. The shaft along with attached parts needs to be balanced within reason. This could include two bearings, inner race pushers, spacers, lock washers and lock nuts. Again, documentation and certification is desired. Bearings (032009-2), Lockwasher WS-06 (032009-9), Locknut NS-06 (032009-10), Lockwasher WS-07 (032009-12), Locknut NS-07 (032009-13,SS-100-1-1BT (032009-17), SS-400-1-4BT (032009-18), Watlow Band Heater (032009-19), Test Bearing Oil Circ. Plunger (032009-23), and SS-400-2-4 (032009-25) have already been purchased by USAF and do not need to be supplied. Assembly will be completed by USAF personnel. If this work is performed outside the Greater Dayton Area (more than 30 miles from WPAFB), then shipping/delivery need to be included in the estimate.
