- Description
- The VA Medical Center Martinsburg, WV intends to award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Biorad Chemistry Controls or equal. NAICS 423450, size standard of 500 employees. Base year with four-one option years. Period of service: Date of Award 6/30/10. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13 or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Solicitation documents will be available for download as of today. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the solicitation. The VA will not provide hard copies of the solicitation. Note: Contractor is responsible for downloading all documents, including amendments. All question shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via email or fax. Faxed or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted.
