- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is AG-82FT-S-09-S-07-0037. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112, size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for a 1- Scientific Century Series medium Steam Sterilizer with Steam Generator 26”x26”x39”, 1- 26”x26”x39” rack with two shelves, 1 - Installation of the sterilizer at the delivery destination. Installation will cover all labor required for un-packaging, assembling, and hooking up the equipment as well as labor needed for hauling away the old sterilizer, and the trade in Rebate for the Eagle 24”x36” Sterilize or equivalent, to be delivered to the Rocky Mountain Research Station, Fort Collins, CO 80526. The salient characteristics identified are the Governments minimum requirements: Scientific Century Series medium Steam Sterilizer with Steam Generator 26”x26”x39”. The steam jacketed sterilizer includes vertical sliding doors and a century control system that features a 30 line x 40 character touch screen display that provides full function descriptions and an impact printer for non fading, permanent records. In addition to cycle set up, selection and monitoring also includes cycle alarms and safeguards. Supervisor access code provides protection against unauthorized cycle modifications. The sterilizer shall also include a 26”x26”x39” chamber, Vacuum, vertical power sliding single door, cabinet single door, Standard brass and copper threaded, and a carbon steel electric steam generator. A custom 26”x26”x39” rack with two shelves will also need to be included in the order along with all installation that is required for the sterilizer. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. At a minimum, quotes must include the following information, specifications of the item quoted, delivery date, TAX ID number, and DUNS number. Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer and you must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration website (www.ccr.gov) and registration in ORCA (Online Representations and Certification Applications) www.orca.bpn.gov. The Government will award a contract resulting from this announcement to the responsible offeror whose offer will be the lowest price to the government. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met.
