Description

The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office and related space in Detroit, MI. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,438 rentable square feet, yielding approximately 6,468 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The Government will require 10 reserved surface parking spaces onsite, and the lease must be fully serviced. DELINEATED AREA: The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City Limits of Detroit, Michigan LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after five (5) years. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
