- Linen/Mats, Rental/Cleaning -pick-up and delivery services at the Cannon AFB Commissary, NM 88103-5222; Fort Bliss Commissary, TX 79906-0019; Holloman AFB commissary, NM 88330-8286; Kirtland AFB Commissary, NM 87117-5539; Sheppard AFB commissary, TX 76311-3048; White Sands MR commissary, NM 88005-5518. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through October 31, 2014. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 28, 2009 with a tentative closing date of September 14, 2009. The anticipated award date will be September 30, 2009. This procurement is being issued Unrestricted. Multiple awards may be made. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $14 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: AMDS (Barbara VanDoren), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
