- Refurbish Chiller Bldg 6020, Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The Department of the Army intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract to Refurbish Chiller Bldg 6020, Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision and equipment to perform in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for certified Service-Disabled veteran owned small business. Offerors must be certified with the Small Business Administration as a Service-Disabled veteran owned small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is Z299. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimate for issuance of the solicitation is on or about 25 August 2009.
