3 Year Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract is contemplated for: NSN: 2840-01-226-9004PR GE P/N: 1285M67G04 AMC: 1C NOUN: Aircraft G Air Seal QTY: CLIN 0001 - First Article: 3 ea (Government Test). CLIN 0002 - Production FY10 - 500 ea, FY11 - 208 ea, FY 12 - 217 ea after First Article. CLIN 0003 - Production FY10 - 500 ea, FY11 - 208 ea, FY 12 - 217 w/o First Article. REQUIRED DELIVERY: First Article-120 days ARO contract; Prod. qty begins 29 Jan 2010 DESTINATION: FY2303 FAGT, FB2039 Production Articles DIMENSIONS: Length 2.7500/Width 1.8950in/ Height 15.5200in/ Weight 18 lbs; PREDOMINATE MATERIAL: B50TF15 (INCO 715) APPLICATION: F110-GE-100, F101-GE-100, F110-GE-129 and F118-GE-100 engines used on F16 C/D Aircraft FUNCTION: Fwd Inner Seal, has three steps from the top and directs air through turbine blades which seals off air from bleeding around tip of turbine blades. SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside HISTORY: 13 Apr 2009, TWIGG Corp., qty: 272, unit price: less than $6,000 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: Three Years EXPORT CONTROLLED: Data for this item is export controlled. A company must be certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS) to be eligible to download documents marked Export Controlled. The extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restrictions, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources. This is a small-business set-aside; therefore, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors. New/unused Government Surplus Materiel is acceptable. If awardee is waived from First Article requirements and surplus is not purchased, these provisions will not be included in the award document. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (QRs): QRs are set forth in OC-ALC Source Approval Information Booklet. Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufactures that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design, or manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing on items determined by the government to be similar in complexity and criticality, can be considered approved sources for this item. There are approved sources at this time. No further QRs are available. A request for solicitation and proposal submittals and responses may be faxed to (405) 739-3462 or email Terry.Pair@tinker.af.mil. Electronic submission of proposals is permitted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
