- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number 20181RR004, ARRA number R2QK-4151 the Solicitation will be posted on or about 19 August 2009. The work will consist of but not be limited to a contractor to replace the septic system for residence #2. The system is to be located at Uvalde National Fish Hatchery in Uvalde County, Texas. This solicitation will be advertised as 100% Small Business Set-aside. We are seeking contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220; Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Small Business Size Standard is $14Million. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is less than $25,000.00.
