- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR part 13.5 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/ ). The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N00244-09-R-0062. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-33, FAC 2005-34, FAC 2005-35 effective July 15, 2009 and DFARS Change Notice 20090715 and 20090721. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 811310 and the business standard size is $6.5M. This is unrestricted, competitive procurement action. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego request responses from qualified sources capable of providing: On-site Full Service Prime Maintainer in accordance with the Statement of Work at Naval Hospital 29 Palms, CA. The Period of Performance is from 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 for the base year and four (4) one- year option periods. The contract resulting from this RFP will be a firm fixed price. The attached copy of the solicitation contains a complete description of the statement of work and applicable provisions and clauses. All responsible Businesses capable of meeting the requirements of the solicitation are encouraged to respond by filling in the attached solicitation; alternative proposals will not be considered. The announcement will close on 27 August 2009 at 4:00 p.m. PST. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the solicitation and amendments.
