- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will not result in an order against an federal supply schedule. Any offer which is predicated upon the award being placed against an FSS will not be considered. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334515 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of: Boundary Scan Test system to integrate with existing Diagnosys Pin Point II in circuit testers. System must be capable of debugging, testing and programming of looped, clustered and nested electronic circuits. Compatible with devices that conform to the IEEE 1149.1 and 1149.6 boundary scan standards. System must verify signals through the Unit Under Test (UUT) external connections and have a graphical application that enables the creation of a boundary scan solution. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Randall Miller ( randall.miller.1@robins.af.mil ) no later than 20 August 2009, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 26 August 2009. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
