- RECOVERY ACT (ARRA): THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to contractors under the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Region 4, Atlanta, GA, Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Roofing Repair Contract. The Request for Proposal will result in a task order for the Design and Installation of Roof Replacements and Improvements at the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building and the J.C. Watts Federal Building. The contract period is approximately 224 calendar days from issuance of the Notice-To-Proceed.
