- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled RFI - AVIATION SAFETY REPORTINGSYSTEM AND RELATED SYSTEMS, Reference Number RFI-ASRS-L, which was posted on July 31,2009. You are notified that the following changes are made:This modification is issued to seek additional comment from industry, and to extend theOriginal Response Date.The due date for responses is extended to no later than 5:00 PM Pacific time, MondayAugust 24, 2009.In addition, the ASRS RFI Summary Document, Section IV Your Response to this Notice(item 3) is revised to read as follows:3) Indicate whether your company is a Large business, Small business, SmallDisadvantaged Business, 8(a)set-aside small business, HUBZone small business, Woman-ownedsmall business, Veteran-owned small business, HBCU/MI, Service-Disabled Veteran-ownedsmall business, - as defined by the size standard for each of the following NAICS codes:NAICS code 541690. Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, $7.0 M.NAICS code 541990. All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, $7.0 M.NAICS code 518210. Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services, $25.0 M.Vendors are invited to comment on the application of the above NAICS codes or to suggestan alternate NAICS code that the vendor feels is most appropriate for the ASRS effort asdescribed in the Draft SOW. If a solicitation is issued, achievement of agencysocio-economic objectives will be included in the evaluation criteria."All other contents of the RFI remain unchanged.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.
