- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EP-09-R-0036. THIS NOTICE HAS BEEN AMENDED TO REFLECT INTERNAL ARRA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Recovery-This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that award was made under contract No. W912EP-09-C-0045-AR49 to manufacture, outfit, and deliver one (1) new, complete, ready for fresh water and salt water operation, all steel, twin diesel engine powered, propeller driven towboat; a custom built boat is not desired and modifications to stock models will be permitted. In addition to the above, work includes: submittal of drawings, logs, test manuals, and warranty and trial operations of the vessel
