- Provide and install a complete fire alarm system upgrade at the U. S. Postal Facillity, P & D Center, 701 Loyola Ave., New Orleans, LA 70113-9631. The upgrade shall include but not be necessarily limited to building renovations to add walls, metal doors and frames, fire alarm pull stations, strobes, annunciators, control panels, wiring, conduit and the like.
