- ATTENTION: SOLICITATION SPM300-09-R-0048 IS SHOWN IN FEDBIZOPS AS AN 8 (A) SET ASIDE. THIS IS A SYSTEM ERROR. THERE IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON SOLICITATION SPM300-09-R-0048. Mt. Home AFB, ID; Malmstrom AFB, MT and surrounding area activities requires bread and bakery products for deliveries commencing November 1, 2009 through October 30, 2010. This is a one year contract. All prices will be firm fixed with the contract being which is an indefinite quantity contract. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
