- The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation for Cardiology Services is not currently ready. A solicitation for Cardiology Services will be issued on August 19, 2009 and responses must be received no later than 12:00pm September 18, 2009 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR CARDIOLOGY SERVICES The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1 is soliciting proposals to provide cardiology services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Manchester, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH, 03104, for a one base year period, with two one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. The contractor shall provide comprehensive cardiology services, as well as, technical direction, oversight and general support of cardiology care. The contractor will also provide 7 days a week/24 hours a day cardiology consultation services to veteran beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Manchester, NH. Requirement will include the furnishing of all personnel and equipment to provide competent, quality cardiology services to all patients of the VA Medical Center, Manchester, New Hampshire, in the performance of contract requirements. Treatments to be performed by certified cardiologist. The Contractor will provide to the VA patient a medical evaluation, treatment plan, and a cardiac rehabilitation program, follow up evaluation and other examinations, evaluations and procedures which are necessary to accomplish the course of cardiac treatment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on the technical evaluation factors contained within the solicitation. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract and the acquisition is unrestricted for Full and Open Competition. NAICS code: 622110, size standard: $34.5 million. All offerors shall be registered with the CCR database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for an award. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The Solicitation should be available on or before August 19, 2009 at www.fedbizopps.gov, with proposals due on September 18, 2009. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address and offerors are responsible for obtaining any/all amendments issued.
