- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127N09D00040008. Portland District Corps of Engineers awarded Task Order number 00008 using recovery act funding to contract number W9127N-09-D-0004 awarded to CH2M Hill/Inca J.V. for the feasibility study of ecosystem restoration needs and opportunities within the Lower Willamette River Basin. The purpose of the feasibility study is to evaluate significant ecosystem degradation problems in the Lower Willamette River Basin; to formulate, evaluate, and screen potential solutions to these problems; and to recommend a series of actions and projects that have a federal interest and are supported by a local entity willing to provide the necessary items of local cooperation. The recommended plan will be formulated to contribute to the identified restoration objectives of restoring fish and wildlife habitat and natural processes of the basin. The Contractor shall assist CENWP with developing a draft Feasibility Report and Programmatic EIS for the Lower Willamette Ecosystem Restoration Study. The total amount of Recovery Act Funding used for this task order is $573,375.00
