THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127N09R0077. RECOVERY Dallesport Treaty Fishing Access Site Solicitation No. W9127N-09-R--0057 Anticipated date of Issue for RFP is 31 Aug 09 Contractors should take note because this work is being funded by the America Recover and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). There are special requirements and clauses associated with this act and they will be located in section 00800 of the solicitation. The most up today information on ARRA requirements can be found at: http://www.recovery.gov/ Contractors are encouraged to review the OMB guidance for specific reporting requirements associated with receiving funds made available under ARRA. This guidance can be found at the following web site: http://www.recovory.gov/?q=node/317 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. USACE, Northwestern Division, Portland District (CENWP) requires the preparation of a Design Document Report (DDR), Plans and Specifications and Construction for the Dallesport Site. The facility to be constructed will include a boat dock, launch, access road improvements, security gate and fence, parking and ramp; protection works, and associated site facilities to include at a minimum, vault toilet facility, five dry camp sites, sand stabilization, site cleanup and restoration. Some additional potential facilities to be evaluated shall include potable water supply, electrical supply, and up to five additional camp sites. The DDR will evaluate alternatives for the site, and will be used to prepare plans and specifications. Contractor will construct the site based on the approved DDR and Plans and Specifications. This procurement is an 8(a) set aside with Cates and Erb Co. of Omak, WA. The NAICS Code is 237990 and the small business size standard is $31.5 million. The Magnitude of Construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. A Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design/Build on this project will be issued to Cates and Erb Co. on or about 31 Aug 2009 with a proposal due date no less than 30 days after issuance.
