- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being requested as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92244-09-T-0308, as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with fixed unit prices. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective 11 August 2009. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 531110 applies to this procurement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The size standard is $7.0M. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Schedule of Supplies/Services CLIN 0001: The government is seeking to lease/rent 3 separate houses centrally located in and around Seven Isles Ft. Lauderdale, FL for the period of 11 September 2009 through 25 September 2009. The first property must be equipped with a minimum of 5 bedrooms, water front, deep water access, be fully furnished, and have at leaset 5,000 - 6,000 sq ft of living area. The second property must be equipped with a minimum 6 bedrooms, 100 feet of water front, deep water access, be full furnished, and have at leaset 5,000 - 6,000 sq ft of living area. The third property must be equipped with a minimum 4 bedrooms, water front, deep water access, be full furnished, and have at leaset 5,000 - 6,000 sq ft of living area. The properties are required to have parking for 12-17 vehicles, be capable of acoomodating 23-25 personnel, and be located within 4 miles of each other. The contractor shall include all applicable charges in their proposal to include but not limited to utilities, and management fees etc. Place of Performance: Ft. FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, technical capability and delivery. Technical capability and delivery are significantly more important than price. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Except as specified herein, no order, statement, or conduct of Government personnel who visit the contractor's facilities or in any other manner communicates with Contractor personnel during the performance of this contract shall constitute a change under the Changes clause in Section I. In the event the Contractor effects any change at the direction of any person other the Contracting Officer, the change will be considered to have been made without authority and no adjustment will be made in the contract price to cover any increase in cost incurred as a result thereof.. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Only complete quotes will be considered for award.
