Past Performance Questionnaire SF LLL AF Form 66 Solicitation FA3030-09-R-0006, is attached. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310 and the small business size standard is $33,500,000. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract minimum is $5,000; contract maximum is $5,000,000. Performance period will be a basic period of 365 calendar days, with two (2), 365 calendar days, option periods. The site visit is scheduled for 26 Aug 09 at 08:00 a.m. CST, at 17th Contracting Squadron, 210 Scherz Blvd, Goodfellow AFB, Texas. Names of personnel attending the site visit must be submitted not later than 21 Aug 09, 4:00 p.m., CST, via email, to the contract administrator, Maria Cachola, via email to maria.cachola@goodfellow.af.mil. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 all offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. All requests for clarification or questions relating to this solicitation must be brought to the attention of the contract administrator, Maria Cachola, via e-mail at maria.cachola@goodfellow.af.mil, not later than 2 Sep 09, 4:00 p.m., CST. Only written questions and inquiries will receive a response. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award. CCR information can be obtained at www.ccr.gov or calling 1-888-227-2423. Online Reps and Certs Application (ORCA) must also be completed prior to award. Additional information can be obtained at http://www.bpn.gov/.
