- Solicitation N00421-09-T-0188 is issued as a request for quote. This is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Sabtech Industries, Inc, for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: CLIN 0001 – Quantity 1 each, P/N SC-40032-02, Sabtech Military Equipment Replacement System (SMILES) Rackmount 2 Channel Parallel CLIN 0002 – Shipping charges to Saint Inigoes, MD Award is expected 24 Aug 2009. Delivery requested is 30 November 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 20 Aug 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
