This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Quote number is W912L9-09-T-0047 for a single, firm fixed-price contract for the following item. Item 0001: PAINT BALL GUN, M498S. Quantity: 80 Each. Item 0002: GOGGLES, V FORCE. Quantity: 80 Each. Item 0003: HOPPERS, 200RD. Quantity: 80 Each. Item 0004: TANK, 20 OZ PURE ENERGY. Quantity: 80 Each. Delivery information not specified. SUPPLY OR SERVICE CODES. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Deliver 2002 S HOLT RD BLDG 12, INDIANAPOLIS, IN, 46241-4839. Delivery date: 9/20/2009 Delivery date: 20 September2009. Anticipated Issue Date of the purchase order is: 20 September 2009 at 11:30 am.. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed by MUTC. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This requirement is being advertised as a 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423910 with a Small Business Size Standard of five hundred (100) employees.
