A1: The offerors are to propose what to use and change out for "seasonal" color. Q2:What are the boundaries of the north site? A2: Curb and tree line. Q3:What is the age of the trees and plantings? A3:4 years Q4: Who does the landscaping for the rest of the post? A4: Ft McPherson- Not related to this effort. Q5:What is the frequency of cutting?
