- Protestant Religious Education Coordinator Statement of Work Protestant Parish Coordinator Statement of Work Protestant Music Director Statement of Work Protestant Accompanist Statement of Work Catholic Religious Education Coordinator Statement of Work Catholic Pastoral Coordinator Statement of Work Catholic Music Director Statement of Work Catholic Accompanist Statement of Work Pricing Sheet Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (GOODFELLOWCHAPELSVS-BPA-09) for Blanket Purchase Agreements for Chapel Services including Religious Educators, Music Directors, Accompanists, Parish Coordinator and Pastoral Coordinator for Goodfellow AFB, TX. The BPA requirement documents are available on this website. The NAICS codes is 711130. Period of Performance will be 1 year plus 4 option years from the date of award. The Government anticipates awarding up to eight (8) separate Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The price lists will be effective for a period of one year (unless otherwise annotated) and will be incorporated as part of the BPA. A new price list will be requested from the vendor on an annual basis. Partial quotes will be considered. The contractor must be registered in the Centeral Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. If you firm is not already registered in CCR or ORCA, go to www.bpn.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your offer must include the completed price list, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. Quotes may be emailed to Brandi Giles at brandi.giles@goodfellow.af.mil or faxed to (325) 654-4427 and shall be received NLT 1600 hours local time (CST) on 24 Aug 09 and reference GOODFELLOWCHAPELSVS-BPA-09 on all documents.
