This is a 100%Service-Disable-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business-Set-Aside (SDVOSB) -Authority 38 USC 8127 (d), PL 109-461 Specifications & Drawings will be posted on line with the Solicitationfor your viewing & download. No copies of the specs & drawings will be sent from this office, ifrequested. You have access to them at this free site https://www.fbo.gov Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence,materials, tools, equipment, insurance, temporary protection, and otheritems designated under the provisions of this contract to ReplaceElectrical Sub-Station in Building 139, Project Number 556-07-127ES, asoutlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the contractdrawings. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 26, 2009 with the bidopening on or about September-29, 2009. The bidder is responsible tomonitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps https://www.fbo.govwhich may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is $2,000,000 - $5,000,000. The NorthAmerican Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is238210; size standard $14.0 Million applies. Time for completion is 180days after Notice to Proceed. There may be a pre-construction conference held for this project, if theengineer would like to have one and all prospective bidders areencouraged to attend. Details of any pre-construction conference will beincluded in the solicitation package. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcareand Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), thisconstruction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-OwnedSmall Business (SDVOSBs).
