Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912NR-09-T-0034. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quote. The procurement is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 423830 - small business size standard is 75 million. The Louisiana Army National Guard is requesting quotes on 6 each, 5000KW generators, diesel, EPA Compliant, Headlights, brake lights, turn signals, solid pneumatic tires, backup alarm, horn. Fork Height 170, fork length 44; power steering, auto transmission. Operator parts and service manual required. The Contractor agrees that the supplies or services furnished under this contract shall warrant the entire unit from defective parts and workmanship for 12 months or 500 hours of use, whichever first occurs, from the date of delivery. Vendor shall attach copy of warranty. DELIVERY: The forklifts are to be delivered to the LA National Guard, 494 3rd Street, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA 71360 Tues-Fri 0700-1700 30 days ARO.
