Description

DCMA St. Louis intends to place a Firm Fixed Price delivery order with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC) (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166 for the follow-on support of the Spanish Air Force Interactive Technical Manual (IETM) Program. The deliverables under the contract shall consist of updates to the F/A-18 A-D Spanish sanitized IETM. The projected period of performance shall be 01 December 2009 through 30 November 2011. MDC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the Spanish F/A-18 aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have all the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate responder's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
