Description
SOLICITATION for CONSTRUCTION Construction of Water Pressure Improvement at San Juan Center Radar Approach Control (CERAP), San Juan, Puerto Rico. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnish and install above ground, horizontal doubled wall 2000 gallon potable water storage tank, internally lined with white urethane topcoat exterior finish. Provide external step ladder and hatch for maintenance. Install two (in kind) 110 GPM duplex booster pumps, valves, piping, pressure switch, and two (2) ultraviolet (UV) systems at the city domestic water inlet to new 2000 gallon tank. Isolate existing 3" booster pump from 3" condenser booster pump. Install flanged tees and gate valves at each point of connection. Estimated performance time: 60 calendar days. Estimated price range: $25,000 to $100,000.Due date for offers: September 8, 2009Estimated start date for project: October 2009 This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
