- RECOVER Y - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this notice FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY of intent to issue a solicitation to GSA Schedule holders only under Federal Supply Class (FSC).70, Category 132-50 for Dell OPtiplex Desktops and Printers for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Grants Management Division, 1325 East-West Highway, SSMC-2, Room 9358, Silver Spring, Maryland. Quotes will only be accepted from GSA contract holders under this FSC class. Delivery date is August 27, 2009. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 7020 and NAICS Code is 334111, small business size standard is 1,000 employees. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on GSA Advantage. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor GSA Advantage for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
