- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 32,000 rentable square feet and 45 secured parking spaces for official government vehicles within the central business district of Portland, OR. The space should yield approximately 28,000 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. The projected occupancy date for this lease is August 15, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Seismic Certification, Handicapped Accessibility and LEED Certification. The site must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. This requirement has specific high security features with associated secured parking.
