- PR: IQC09224009051 Solicitation: SPM4A7-09-R-1381 NSN: 1560-01-152-7447 Item: Erosion Guard, AH-1 Helicopters, P/N K747-210-11 Estimated Annual Demand: 36 each Delivery Schedule: 201 ARO Solicitation issue date: August 28, 2009 Solicitation closing date: September 28, 2009 CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM This solicitation is for an approved sole source : Kaman Aerospace (84955). The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance are at Destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Minimum for the base year is 9 each, Minimum Order Quantity 9 each, Estimated Annual Demand is 36 each; Maximum Contract Quantity for the base year is 72. Delivery: 201 days ARO.
