- Sources Sought Only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. The VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, Oregon currently has the need for a contractor(s) to provide Ambulance Services to its eligible beneficiaries requiring transportation to and from the VA Roseburg Medical Center and Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Eugene, North Bend, and Brookings. Services may include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Critical Care Transport by ground to non-VA facilities throughout western Oregon and to VA facilities in Oregon, California, and Washington. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for proposal. No formal solicitation document exists at this time, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are Small Businesses; HUBZone Small Businesses; Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses; 8(a) Small Businesses; Veteran-Owned Small Businesses; Woman-Owned Small Businesses; or Small Disadvantaged Businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621920, Size Standard $7.0 for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS Code should not submit a response to this notice.
