- This notice is a combined synopsis/soliciatation for composite wood decking. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $50,000. Procurement is being conducted as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 444190 with a size standard of 500 employees. In addition the clause at 52.212-5; Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- Central Contractor Registration. PRICE SHALL INCLUDE FOB DESTINATION CHARGES. The due date for all quotes is NLT August 27, 2009 by 4:30 p.m. CST. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
