Description
Subject: Renewal of Annual Subscription to Frost and Sullivan Total Frost TEAM Research Purchase Request Number: NB250000-9-06656 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the Information Services Division, intends to negotiate with Frost and Sullivan from San Antonio, Texas on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting from a single source, to procure a one-year annual renewal subscription from Frost and Sullivan for Frost and Sullivan Total Frost TEAM Research. NIST anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order with Frost and Sullivan unless NIST identifies other responsible sources that can provide subscription services that meet the requirements detailed above. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for NIST may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
