- NAICS Code: 327215 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are hereby beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number affiliated with this solicitation is RFQ-CO-09-00004. The US Environmental Protection Agency, Region 8, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract/purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This requirement is being solicit as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 327215, size standard in number of employees is 500. This requirement being solicited is for (1) 150 cases of Open Top voa Clear Vials 40ml, and (2) 110 cases of Open Top voa Amber Vials 40ml (3) FBO Destination to EPA, Region 8, attn: Mr. Arthur Wake, 16194 West 45th Drive, Golden, CO 80403 (4) Delivery date shall be within 30 days from receipt of order. Solicitation Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. The Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. All offers will be evaluated on (1) Ability to meet the required specifications, (2) ability to meet the required delivery date of 30 days after receipt of order, and (3) ability to provide the best price to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, offerors are required to register in the Center Contractor Registration (CCR) system prior to award of a Federal Contract. Offerrors who are not registered and current in CCR will not be considered for award. FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions - Commercial Items, and any addenda to this clause, apply to this acquisition. Offers are due by 4:30pm Mountain Time on August 17, 2009.
