- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to modify contract N68936-07-D-0001 on an other than full and open competition basis to provide additional hours and the associated cost and fee in support of the systems engineering, prototype development, evaluation and technical assistance support to the Weapons Engagement Office (WEO) C2ISR programs located at NAWCWD. The range of support provided extends from evaluation of alternatives and engineering design to deployment of systems that provide image intelligence (IMINT), communications intelligence (COMINT), signal intelligence (SIGINT), and/or measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) services. This procurement is a sole source to Integrity Application Incorporated (IAI), 5180 Parkstone Drive Suite 260, Chantilly, VA 20151. Currently, IAI is the only source with the in-house software technology, intelligence systems experience and expertise needed for continued development and sustainment of current prototype and transitioning capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience is required in the areas of Navy and Joint Service Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) systems, interfaces among those systems, as well as National, Joint and Navy specific architectural standards, requirements and limitations. The modification will increase the Level-of-Effort by approximately 16,300 hours. The contract SOW will not change. Award will be made on or about 25 September 2009. Any firms believing that they can provide the required services must submit a written response in accordance with note 22 clearly showing their ability to perform the work with out compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and delivery or causing programmatic hardship. Responses shall be submitted to Tara Vasquez at the address noted above by 28 August 2009. See Notes 22 and 26.
