- Statement of Work aThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3849205A008; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 11 Aug 09, Defense DCN 20090729, and AFAC 2009-0803 20090803. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The business size standard is $14M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is N099. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1711. Travis AFB intends to award a brand name purchase order for the installation of Johnson DDC Controls in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. CLIN 0001: Install Johnson DDC Controls for bldg 214. Connect to Energy Mgmt Control System (EMCS) Johnson. Add Johnson AHU102 controllers for boilers, chillers, a/c system and air handlers for this facility. Add NCM350 master controller c/w ethernet network interface card (nic). Add new accuator for fresh air damper. install supply, return water sensors and outside air sensor. Add new zone sensors and status clamps for all inputs. Install N2 buss to all controllers and provide all conduit and wiring to all devices. Install new enclosure panels and weather pancels if needed. Program address to NCM350 and controllers. Program all points and global files to the PM1 (Personal Machine Interface). All alarm, data, command, inputs and output points. Provide as built drawings. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
