- RECOVERY---THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER AN EXISTING ARCHITECH-ENGINEER (A-E) CONTRACT. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a firm-fixed price task order under contract W912DQ-09-D-4010 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. This A-E contract was originally competed under solicitation number W912DQ-08-R-0018 and awarded to Tompkins Architects, LLC for the Kansas City District, US Army Corps of Engineers, within the Northwestern Division. PROJECT INFORMATION: Firm-fixed price task order contract in support of development of a design-build request for proposal (RFP) package and construction cost estimate for renovating historic Building 216 at Fort Riley, KS.
