- Provide janitorial services 1 day per week at the USDA, Agricultural Research Services, Pacific West Area, Columbia Conservation Research Center. The building is located nine miles N.E. of Pendleton, on Highway 11, in Adams, OR. Contractor is responsible to these clean work areas: Main Office/Laboratory/Annex Building (7500 square foot building), Shop Office and Lavatory (200 square feet) and Microbiology Laboratory (400 square feet), all in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This solicitation is for a base year and four option years. The attached SCA wage determination is applicable.
