- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603. The Defense Programs Support Activity (DPSA) has a requirement to purchase the following Ricoh products: 1 each, JetScan MPS Two-Pocket Currency Scanner 3-year Maintenance Agreement This will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business Set-Aside. All interested vendors should email their all-or-nothing quote to contracting.dpsa@us.army.mil not later than 14 August, 2009. Please include the delivery costs in the purchase prices of the items. You must include all contact information, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number, Bank Routing Information and best delivery schedule with your quote. Shipping will be to Elkridge, MD.
