- Description
- The National Marine Fisheries Service, 212 Rogers Avenue, Milford, CT has a requirement for a vendor to - Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide a finfish seawater recirculating system in accordance with the Statement of Work. Time of Delivery is: September 21, 2009. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 4310 and NAICS Code is 221310, small business size standard is $6.5 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
