Description
The Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & LethalityContracting Center, Joint Armaments Center, on behalf of the US Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Weapon Systems and Technology Directorate, Indirect Fire Armaments Division, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, is conducting market research to locate capable firms interested in entering into Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the US Government. The Government may enter into one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements as a result of this notice. Interested firms should be capable of providing and installing permanent conductive flooring in the Army's research and development center at Picatinny Arsenal, specifically at the pilot plant explosive loading facilities. The conductive flooring material will be provided, installed, and then tested in order to ensure proper functionality and the highest level of safety to Army personnel. The flooring will be able to withstand loads in excess 1000 lbs and provide a suitable surface for walking and transporting carts. The conductive flooring must meet the following requirements: Five test points will be measured; no individual point will measure less than 10,000 Ohmsor more than 5,000,000 Ohms. The average of the five test values will be greater than 25,000 Ohms and less than 1,000,000 Ohms. Interested firms are invited to submit pertinent information (e.g., brochures, capability statements, etc.) that clearly demonstrates your firms capabilities in the above mentioned areas. All proprietary and restricted information provided in response to this notice should be clearly marked as such. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small business. Please provide name of firm, address, POC, phone/fax number, and email address. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for information and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFP. In addition, the Government shall not pay submitting parties for information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
