- The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-9-00145 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-32, dated May 14, 2009. CLIN001 – Hasler IM330 ink cartridge, item IMINK34. OEM only. QUANTITY: 300 EACH. CLIN002 –Hasler Double Postage Tape, ITEM 9004080, 1000 tapes per box. OEM only. QUANTITY: 150 BOXES. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1621 Dutch Lane, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Receiving Section, Bldg. 60-F. Acceptance at same location. Delivery is as soon as possible; award will be based on price and availability. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau Vendor Registration Form. Award will be made by Government Purchase Order on a best value basis and availability in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to download the solicitation and any applicable amendments. Bids are due by Noon (EST) on 17-AUGUST-2009.
