Description: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE OPPORTUNITY, 100% SET ASIDE UNDER THE 8(A) PROGRAM PURSUANT TO FAR SUBPART 19.8. The NPS intends to negotiate with Dad's Enterprises out of Tuskegee, AL. This procurment is being solicited under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act. Stabilize the building by repairing the roof and both the front and rear porches for the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site in Atlanta, GA. Award is contingent on the recipient's meeting the requirement in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
