- FIRE TRAINER FA4486-09-T-0061 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2005-05. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured full and open. Solicitation Number is FA4486-09-T-0061. The NAICS code 333999 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 Employees. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, award evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and will be based on price and other factors most advantageous to the government.
